Meeting Minutes

Minutes of the Rural Zoning Commission meetings are NOT posted until they are approved by the Commission. Generally, this happens at the next scheduled meeting (a delay of at least 4 weeks is typical because the Commission only meets once a month). There are also months when the Commission DOES NOT meet unless business dictates.

NOTE: While the minutes on the web site are intended to be complete and accurate, due to security concerns, and Ohio law, the minutes that are kept on paper files at the Miami Township Administration building are the ONLY approved minutes of Miami Township.
