1. All interment
charges must be paid in advance to the Sexton in charge before graves
will be dug.
2. Any grave over
standard size will carry an additional charge.
3. No person will be
allowed to dig a grave or perform any other labor except the Sexton or
by his direction.
4. All monument and
headstone foundations and stone settings shall be performed under the
supervision of the
Sexton as authorized by the Board of Trustees.
5. Persons applying for
a permit to bury must be able to give the following information:
Proof of ownership by deed-holder or heirs
Name of deceased
Place of birth and date
Residence at the time of death
Age, at time of death
The Sexton must be notified thirty-six hours before internment takes
place.
6. The time burials in
Miami Township cemeteries are as follows:
8:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Monday thru Friday.
8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturdays.
After 2:00 P.M. weekdays or anytime Saturday will be considered overtime.
No burials on Sundays or Holidays
